I can not understand why people always choose simple way for their problem?I do not have any experience but want to tell only that please avoid HGH because there are so many side effects of it.The way to loss your weight is start cycling and avoid heavy and oily food and do some exercise regularly and depends on only fruit juices for some days.I know the effect will be slow but permanent.It depends on you.
