I just read about 6 pack implants. I didn't know they existed! In many cases, this surgery can cost 10,000 dollars--which is pretty pricey for a short cut (think: all that time you're working your butt off to earn 10,000 dollars you could be working out and getting real abs!)
A surgeon inserts individual implants that conform to your musculature and move with you--and give you the 6 pack look without the endless workouts. Of course, if you gain a significant amount of weight you might not even be able to see the implants and your investment would be down the drain.
Personally, I'd rather support a healthy lifestyle with some weight loss or muscle building supplements to get that six pack look, rather than dropping ten grand!
