When I don’t workout regularly with my girlfriends I am afraid I am losing some muscle mass. Is there something I can use to combat that muscle loss? Would regular use of HGH fight this?

Did i miss something here? since when do all these girls give a sh*t about muscle loss? jks, but seriously, where do i find a lady like you that likes to take care of her strength rather than just how she looks in a pair of jeans?
look theres lots of supplements out there, and some of them help, some of them dont. if you usually go to the gym and only skip sometimes, the supplements will help but they dont help ppl who sit on their butt all day and eat junk.
