Hey, i'm a woman, 5'5", and about 125 lbs. I train hard at least 5 times a week doing karate, but I need a little more muscle to take on tougher challengers. I feel like my small size is holding me back, but it runs in the family and scarfing down all the protein in the world doesn't seem to be helping! How can I gain muscle, not fat, and not get any side effects? (I don't want a deep voice or to get hairy or anything like that!)
