I have heard that a lot athletes use HGH to strengthen their bones and muscles. I like to work out but don’t go to extremes. Can I use HGH to make my bones stronger too?

It is true that many athletes do use HGH to improve their muscle bulk especially if they are weight lifters. But many people both men and women use HGH for a variety of reasons. Some of the things that may occur when you use HGH is your skin’s elasticity will show improvement. Also it can enhance your athletic performance when exercising and increase your stamina.

HGH plays a major role in increasing your muscle strength. It helps you gain lean muscle and reduce body fat. Not only this, it also helps your body retain calcium and ensure stronger bones. Not just this, it also helps control your sugar and insulin levels. More importantly, it helps improve your immunity and makes your body better equipped to fight infections and diseases.
