I've never been pregnant or had any significant weight fluctuations yet I still seem to have stretch marks. Why is that?

Some people have skin that is less flexible and produces stretch marks more easily than others. Many people, both women and men, can end up with stretch marks after puberty. Even a small weight gain can cause them if it is concentrated in one area, and most women's hips, thighs, and breasts grow quickly in puberty. Do you think that could be the case with you?
I have seen men with stretch marks on their backs because their shoulders grew so broad so quickly during puberty.
