Aging – few of us look forward to fine lines and wrinkles, decrease in muscles, increase in fat, reduced libido, high blood pressure, and the list goes on. Bottom line – aging sucks! We have a little bit of good news. Here are 7 ways you can combat aging. Yes you can fight aging!
#1 Take a Fish Oil Supplement
Inflammation plays a key role in the aging process. Reducing inflammation in your body can improve your immune system, heart function, help your hair to grow and help your skin to be softer and more supple. #2 Do Not Eat White Sugar
There are a number of ingredients you should probably avoid in your diet, but white sugar is by far the worst. White sugar actually speeds up the aging process because it binds to the collagen in your skin and eventually weakens it. This can cause premature sagging and wrinkles. Instead eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables every day (packed with antioxidants and nutrients) and walk away from that chocolate bar or cake. It’s important that you resist the urge.

Stress will age you! There are a number of things you can do to help reduce stress. Meditation, exercise, deep breathing, changing your job, going for a run, time in the sauna, and the list goes on. What you need to do is figure out what works best for you to reduce stress.
#4 Increase Your Fruit Intake
Fruit has many benefits. It is packed with antioxidants and vitamins that are powerful anti aging components. In addition, fruits like grapes, apples and strawberries that contain malic acid act as a natural tooth cleanser, which can break down stains. This is an added bonus since stained teeth will make you look older.
#5 Increase Your Exercise
Exercise has many benefits and slowing the aging process is one of them. Exercises that can slow down aging include Tai Chi, yoga, jogging, walking, weight lifting, and swimming. High intensity workouts are very valuable in fighting the signs of aging, because they increase the secretion of HGH, which plays a key role in the slowing the aging process.
#6 Massage
Having a massage will move blocked energy, which will make you feel younger from the inside out. Deep tissue massage is very beneficial. If you can’t afford a massage or you can’t find the time, you can get many of the benefits by taking 20 minutes out of your day to stretch and medicate, calming yourself with your breath.
#7 Increase HGH
As we age the amount of HGH our body produced decreases and this is directly linked to the aging process and we signs such as fine lines and wrinkles, less muscle mass, more body fat, decreased libido, aging organs and conditions associated with that, and the list goes on. By helping your body to increase production of HGH naturally you can stop and even reverse the signs of aging.
An HGH supplement is made from natural ingredients and amino acids that promote an increased production of HGH in the pituitary gland. Add a healthy diet and exercise and you can increase those benefits even more.
