#3 Remember to Take Stress Out of Your Life

It’s time to take a ‘chill pill’ and get the stress out of your life. We aren’t talking about Valium or sleeping pills – we aren’t talking about any pill really, except for figuratively speaking. What we want you to do is find a way to calm down and to learn how to relax in situations that are stressful.

This doesn’t mean you head off to your favorite vacation destination every time there’s stress and something isn’t going right. It does however mean that you should learn techniques that will allow you to relax. Breathing exercises are one example of a method that can help you to de-stress, yoga is another as is creating your own mantra or chant.

You might be surprised to learn that cutting out junk food and alcohol can help to reduce your stress.

  1. Those are some easy ones! Much easier than the people that want to lose a lot of weight and set their goals way too high and give up my Valentines!

  2. I have never taken a vitamin supplement because I didn’t think I needed one. I just started taking a multi vitamin and I can’t believe the difference it has made. I will be adding an hgh supplement to it soon and I am sure I will be looking and feeling better than ever in no time.

  3. I’m terrible at the vitamins. I just can’t get used to doing the supplements, though I think they’re vital to feeling great.

Bleh. Maybe this is my next NYE Resolution?
