it’s great that there is now senior Olympics where overage athletes can compete. That I not to say that sports enthusiasts aged 60 and above cannot perform as well as those in their 30s. Some could, given that they were disciplined enough to stick to good health habits, no vices, proper eating patterns, and regular workout routines. Advancing age should never mean a decline in performance tp those who have painstakingl;y worked hard to stay fit and healthy.
